根據台灣財政部關務署要求,在網站下單的台灣顧客需要提供以下信息我們才能順利利用順豐快遞渠道為您配送:

1.您的中文名稱
2.您的個人身份證號碼
3.您的中文地址
同時,您還需要下載一款名為EZ WAY易利委的APP,並且在上面提前進行實名認證。註冊完成後,後續報關業者報關時申報之收貨人姓名與手機門號經通關系統檢核為實名認證者,海關將透過App「EZ WAY易利委」推播報關資料予民眾,民眾可檢視報關資料無誤後,一指確認,以取代原紙本委任作業。

According to the requirements of Taiwan Customs Administration, Taiwan customers who have placed order need to provide us the following information so as to delivery successful.
You could send these information to this email: support@lention.com
1.Your Chinese name
2.Your personal ID number
3.Your address in Chinese
In addition, you may need to download an APP name EZWAY易利委, and complete the Real Name Authentication in advance. After the registration is completed, the consignee’s name and mobile phone number declared by the customs broker during customs declaration will be verified by the customs clearance system as a real-name certified person. The customs will push the customs declaration information to the public through the App "EZ WAY 易利委", and the public can view After the customs declaration information is correct, one finger confirms it to replace the original paper assignment.
